One for any ruggger-buggers out there.

First game has just finished and what a game it was - quite how Scotland survived that second half was unbelievable - didn't think they could keep up that intensity of tackling - to be fir I guess they didn't, but they did just enough. Fair play to 'em.

Think England should beat France - no matter what French team turns up on the day - next question is whether to go to the pub to watch it... its raining hard so probably not.

I expect your OH is cheering even more now - depending on who he cheers of course

Whilst England managed a win I would like to apologize for my undermining of the French rugby team - they certainly turned up today and were probably the better team - second half was alright, first half a bit 'meh' - the Scotland v Irelend game was far more entertaining.

Really nice win for Scotland despite Ireland coming back like a train.
England? Les Bleus let us off the hook today so we'll have to keep our heads down in the village tomorrow!
OH will be cheering on Wales tomorrow but I love to see Italy do well. Can they stay strong for the full eighty minutes rather than fading away as usual?

            No they won't / can't.
Though see my earlier analysis of France.

Wales reminded me of an old motor mi old man used to have...............a jittery starter but once warmed up it purred.

Me thinks all 6 teams are work in progress, but it's the first set of games, some real testers coming up next week, Scotland winning in Paris, unlikely, England winning in Cardiff................ditto, they seem to have a mental block as Jones has eluded too. Ireland will beat Italy.
