    Well that seems to have done the trick, touch wood

    I have been surrounded by people suffering from the horrible coughing, cold virus that is going round, and Mr Bee has had it since before Christmas. It lasts for weeks.

    I haven't had it yet and felt a little under the weather on Saturday.

    So I took drastic action with my blackberry brandy. A couple of very large wine glasses Saturday night seems to have done the trick.

    I can't afford to take to my bed.

    Maybe I should sell the blackberry brandy as a cold cure.

    And now that I have posted this I will probably get the bug, and unlike some people in this house I will have to carry on. Perhaps I should have posted this in the rant thread.

    Hopefully you won't get it but if you do, don't carry on or you will make yourself even worse! Give yourself some TLC and get the others to lend a hand. If they don't, you know what to do next time the man-flu strikes!
    I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!

      No, Miss Mousetrousers, I cannot afford to be ill. Mr Bee looking after granddaughter? Hmm.

      He is really good at playing and can do everything but he needs to be told what to do and when to do it.

      Think I may help myself to another glass full.
