  • Easy to make hamper gifts?

I've ordered my three hamper baskets, sellophane, ribbon and bow and shredded filling.
All I need now is a few home made novelties.

They have to be cheap and easy to make. I will have a bottle of non alcoholic ginger wine for each and probably some gooseberry and elderflower jam and blackcurrant plus strawberry jam which I can use.
The rest will have to be made or bought. Another drink of some description would be useful. Fudge seems popular is it easy to make?

I await your ideas with interest.

There are loads for sale on a well known auction site Jay22. Just be careful about the sizes as its hard to tell just looking at them how big they are. I organised a discount on mine, which were bigger than these and from another vendor, because I bought three! Unfortunately I bought the last three from them!

Just checked last years hamper thread and realised I made a smaller one for my Sister! Forgot about that! Now you know what you've done.............nah I'm not making another one.

One each for my two Sons Families and one for my daughters families.............none for my sister this year! My other son hadn't moved out last year, but now he has! (Must have been summat i said!)

Just as an aside my daughter is 40 today. I am pleased for her but that makes me ofiically an auld git! Still a few years to go though before i become a fully fledged codger, or worse still........a Mod!
