    Help please
One of my Brussels sprout plants is starting to flower. It has a good crop of sprouts on it. Do I need to chop it's head off or let it carry on doing its thing?

Unless you want to save the seed, I would cut the flower off.

Would you eat this one Bren? After washing the bird poo off obviously
I think he's a bit confused. I assumed the flowers would be on tall spikes.

And should I take tops off the others now or when I want to eat them ? Do I need to strip some of the leaves off as well ?

Well would you look at that! I know nothing about sprouts
