Make sure you gather up all the dropped leaves and prunings and get rid of them, don't put them in the compost. If it starts to come back next year you may have to spray with Roseclear.
Some roses are more susceptible than others, some of mine I have to spray every year and yet some don't get it at all. -
Since when was a rose a vegetable?
