I went to my local "proper" garden centre yesterday and asked if he had any dwarf peach and nectarine trees, he just shook his head and said "nobody grows anything like that round here", and was greatly surprised when OH told him we had been growing them for about a decade, roughly, and I had to show him a photo off my phone camera, so he is going to ring round his suppliers to try to get me some, he asked the "how do you grow them" questions and I reckon he will have a go himself, and I thought HE was the expert, but we all find bits we know nowt about, and that's what makes these pages priceless, we can ask..
