  • A organic prevention of club root?

Apparently mare's tail can prevent club root in brassicas.

    Anyone heard this before?

You boil it up dilute it down and feed it to your brassicas. I haven't got this problem but thought those who have might want to experiment.

I have managed to get rid of clubroot, and nearly get rid of white rot on onions on my plot by good cultural practices.
The only use I know of for mares tail, is as a pan scourer because of its silicon content.

The oxalic acid in rhubarb leaves worked for me on my other plot though.
