Just seen a gang of pigeons absolutely demolishing my beautiful geranium plant...this is a first for me, I've never had this before. That's my fuchsias, petunias and now geraniums. Anyone any idea why they do this?

Never had a problem with pigeons attacking flowers. My problem is with the end result of eating which I solved by stringing up fishing line over the top of the balcony walls. That was OK but it meant that they now perch on the air conditioner units which are high up and dive bomb the floor tiles leaving a mess.Comment

I've not got a problem with pigeons either. Mine is with a cat and slugs. The cat is destroying my flowers and herbs. And as for the slugs, they are a pain.Carrie
