  • Veg cutter.

SWMBO came home with this little device today for £6 I think its pretty nifty. Two very sharp blades well covered one cuts thin spirals as shown the other larger slices.

Yes they are fun. I think they are called vegetable spiralizers.
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Yup, apparently spiralisers are all the rage at the mo ....... £6 was a decent price, I think? There's various shapes/sizes on the market and I was going to buy one, but, thought it'd probably end up in the 'only used twice' drawer..........

The anti-carbers use them a lot to make pretend pasta out of veggies

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

^^^^^^Funny you should say that I tried tagliatelle last night as a change from spaghetti and thoroughly enjoyed it.
