I suppose the odds mean that one day they may get a forecast right lol.

It'd be lovely if they were right, but I've just been looking at temperature forecasts 'til the beginning of June and none of them look much like a heatwave to me

I tried that MrsW but it always looked foggy until the OH suggested I move the nets aside

I think that owing to Global Warming every year for the last 10 at least has been predicted to be the hottest on record, and it has never really happened.

Last year there were 3 papers in a row in Tesco, on the front page of each was the next days weather forecast, one day 90f, next said 95f, third said Thousands expected to die in Heatwave. It rained and was cold enough that some people turned their heating back on.

From observing the sky and other things I find that we cannot predict the weather in any accurate method at all. Even the Met Office only seem to throw out 3 day forecasts, yet they had a nice big EXPENSIVE supercomputer installed that they said meant accurate predictions for at least 5 days in advance. Just has not actually happened.

For RM12 the one I look at basically has light rain just about every day for Hornchurch, Tuesday looks fair all day and there is not a temperature above 17c predicted, however a lot of cloud is predicted. I have the idea a warm fleece top is more likely to be of use. Preferably a shower proof one.
