I'm not keen on the idea of a horseradish thong - it's likely to irritate. Lycra or leather for me. Did I say that out loud?

To make horse radish sauce, peel then grate near an open window to avoid scorching your eyes then mix with just enough white wine vinegar to thoroughly dampen it through (so it's just a bit squishy). Set aside for half an hour while the flavours draw out before mixing with a spoon of cream or similar and a little salt and pepper to taste.
