  • Hello from Andorra

Hello! I live in Andorra, but my husband and I are currently on the search for a property in Spain (southern Catalonia) to spend the non-ski-season months. We have our eye on a farm with loads of land, and I am hugely excited by the prospect of a large vegetable plot - the bit of land that would be perfect is 35mx15m, with loads of room for expansion - and a separate orchard.

I've been planning what I would like to start off with, keeping it nice and simple for Year 1, especially as we have lots of building work to do if the purchase does go ahead. It's all just dreams at the moment, but I'm glad I've found this forum at such an early stage because I know I'm going to need some guidance along the way.

I look forward to learning loads and, hopefully, producing lots of tasty crops.

Hello and welcome from another Pyrenees dweller, 3 hours or so west of you. We are 30 mins from La Mongie and have been known to ski in the morning and then garden in shorts and sunhat in the afternoon!

    Enjoy the Vine.

Hello SB - welcome to the Vine.

I am sure that you will find loads of bits on here that will help you design and organise you veggie beds.
