  • Potato 'Epicure' and Potato 'Markies'

Does anyone know where I could possibly get these from in possibly 5 tuber packs because the potato days round here seem quite small so don't seem to stock these very often and don't want to spend too much on postage as some are £4.95

Excellent news Mark double happy for you & good to get feedback regarding this company & their willingness to help

Hope the crops turn out well for you, remember there are classes for potatoes in the Virtual Vine Show each season, so when you dig them up take pictures in readiness

ETA: Not from that company you mentioned, they didn't answer my email, from a place called Crocus.

Question for Mark (and anyone else): How did you get on with the Epicure?

I normally get Dunluce as my first earlies and nobody has them at the moment and for reasons too complicated to explain, I need to order my seed potatoes now and was thinking about Epicure.

                          Thanks.

Quite a nice spud, very pale flesh but a bit knobbly.

Thanks, Bario. I was wondering about the knobbliness. We have clayey soil, which might exacerbate the problem.
