    Hello everyone,

I'm new to the boards and new to allotments too so lets start with a request for advice, is too late to sow mustard.

    Hello and welcome/
I assume you mean sowing mustard as green manure. This site suggests early -to mid October for overwintering. Caliente Mustard 199 Green Manure Seeds
If you could give us an idea of where you live it might help - "Under the Thumb" could be anywhere in the world!

      Hello & welcome

I grow mustard pretty much all year round to add into my midday cheese sandwich

Did you both frighten him off with all your talk of Mustard?????

I assumed they meant mustard greens, just picked a load today but suspect it's a bit late now to sow outside. Could do OK under a cloche though

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
