would it be OK to cut back all my herbs now?
I won't be attacking my Rosemary, I know she's not a fan. I would like to cut everything else ( oregano, hot & spicy oregano, thyme, lemon thyme, orange scented thyme, tarragon, bronze fennel, chives, margaram, sage & lot of types of mint).
I know some of these die back naturally. But I would Like to get it all done just in case I have to be away from home for any length of time.

I've just done the oregano and thyme. I shall leave the chives to die back or not as they choose, (depending on how cold the winter is I guess), and I need to do something with the rosemary as it's growing too tall so I may just take the hedge clippers to it. I savaged the sage last year as it was way out of bounds, so leaving it to bulk up a bit again.

    Endless wonder.
