    Can I open freeze carrots or to I need to blanch them first?

    You can open freeze them no problem. I peel and slice some, dice some. Bag up once frozen, obv.

        just freeze without blanching,any way you like,if you decide to just chuckem in the bag,give the bag a move about so they not stick together,

          I leave mine n the ground until I need them but come spring time if I have any left and need the space I peel and prepare in the way I want and freeze in individual portions. They freeze OK but are nicer fresh.

          Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

          Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

            Started freezing ours too as the mice are getting them, or the moles.
