I planted my seed potatoes on the 16 march in large tubs , they have been flowering for a week or more now. How long should I leave it before harvesting ???

I always leave mine until the leaves have started to die off, only then do i dig them up out of the pots. Alot of people on here i have read have a little feel under the soil to see if there are any decent sized potatoes and decide from there if its time to harvest. -
My Rocket spuds were ready 8 weeks after the foliage started to show above the compost, with potatoes about the size of a golf ball (some smaller, a few bigger).
