  • Cheap Maslin pan

Amongst Marshall's clearance offers, there's some preserving stuff including this Stainless Steel Maslin pan
P&P is £4.95 but still cheaper than anything similar I could find.
    I've ordered one

Just right for this time of year too, I'm just starting on the strawberry jam as we "speak"

      Thank you veggiechicken!

Been looking with some trepidation at the bumper crop of plums on the tree at my allotment today as there is no evidence yet of the 'June drop'.

      Maslin pan ordered....
      and jam funnel....
      and jars.....

p&p remains the same £4.95 for the whole order.
The equivilent maslin pan in Lakeland is currently 47 quid!
I am a very happy bunny

Now look what you've made me do! I've ordered one also! (Had a disaster with my old one earlier in the year, so needed a new one). Thank you for the recommendation.

I'm past the age when I want to make 2 gallons of jam at a time, otherwise, I'd jump at the offer!
          Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
          Endless wonder.

me too! way, way past the age when I want to
but I have an addiction to growing fruit and more tomato plants I may, just possibly, of got a little carried away when sowing shallot seeds....

I think I'm going to end this season with enough preserves to see us through an apocolypse

Mine came last week - along with a lot of other stuff that I didn't really need but got carried away

It came with Yodel (I think). Do you have a tracking number, Muddled?

I rang Marshalls and they said my order is with the courier (Yodel) and is listed as 'awaiting delivery' so that's okay.
I was worried for a moment there as our post often goes to a street round the corner and I have to go demand it back from them (again). They even accepted our annual boiler service once welcomed the chap in and offered him a cup of tea while he worked!

The streets round here are very confusing and the people with the same house number as us take full advantage.

Just a comment of silliness, I was away last weekend, huge box arrived in my absence, marked 'living plants/seeds', husband tells me my 'plants' have arrived! Was my maslin pan!

Hope you're feeling better now, muddled!
Dotty, the postman handed me my box, very carefully, and said "Something nice for the garden?"
