Isn't this old news that was voted out about Christmas time?

However, the attempts to regulate what seeds we use and make seed saving illegal are, in fact, ongoing.
The article may have been scaremongering and one bill was recently voted out but more are in the pipeline. This one isn't going away.Comment

I read a lot about this. Seed saving is not and will not be illegal like what we do. There are seed saving company wich will charge a lot of money for some heritage seeds wich are not registered in EU list. So only commercials they have to buy the registered seeds. Us Allotmentier that we swap seeds without any charge is something normal that has been done for century. Nothing to worry. If I have to give up of my rich seeds database and buy commercial or gmo seeds I'll give up my plot if I can find them in store readyComment

It's not just the big boys it affects though, it would cause major problems for great little enterprises like Real Seeds too
