  • Good use for old wooden ladders

    Hello everyone,

Last year I had some old wooden ladders that were not safe for climbing anymore.
I cut them in half and the gap between the rungs is the perfect size to put them black pots the supermarkets sell cut flowers from. Last year I grew tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in them. It kept them a nice height for my 4 year old to water and pick the produce.

Just though I would share a photograph of it before I plant again this year.

The original farmers at my place mounted some ladders to the wall at an angle, so that horses can eat hay from it. Im using it for hay storage. May work if anyones got rabbits or the like, keeps it off the ground.
