  • Carrots, radishes and spring onions... Need to Propagate or plant seeds in garden?

Can these types of seeds be planted directly in my garden, in a sheltered sun trap? If so, is it too early or is now a good time?

    Thanks.

Yes, get them in Carrots should be sown direct as if they are started of in modules they will fork after transplanting. Radish do really well sown direct although I never have much luck with spring onions so they always get started off in modules in the GH.

I like to start my spring onions in 3 inch pots and then plant out as a clump. A tip I picked up of the 'Vine'.
