Nothing wrong with eating correctly prepared snails....not unless you are a veggie or vegan.
I was reading something the other day about future world food shortages and how we need to consider eating insect protein.

Problem with eating snails is you need to be quick to catch them before they crawl off your plate.
What do you do with all the discarded shells? too small to use as plant pots.Feed the soil, not the plants.
