I bought at a stall in a local bizzare some Welsh oinions in a pot. I have never heard of them but they seem very good at producing through the winter as you can use the leaves in salad etc. they also make nice flowers. i am thinking of planting them in the soil but perhaps that would limit my veg growing because some plants dont do well near oinions.
Has anyone got any experience on how best to grow, pot or soil ? I like having the variety of oinion family and I am now growing spring onion, baby leeks, wild garlic, garlic chives, chives and just sown some onion seeds.
