    Fruit collection free with order

    Spalding Bulb & Plant Co. | Garden Plants, Bulbs, Seeds & Fruit Trees

    10 piece Fruit collection free with order. Looks like raspberries, currants and strawberries.
    P&P £4.99 per order.

    I've never bought from Spalding so no idea what they're like

    I bought some mandarin plants from them last year which are currently covered with flowers and seem very healthy. Much better than the 3-4" tall and generally rubbish plants that a lot of places sell.

      I have used them for the last few years with no problems except last year when I ordered 6 elephants ears (don't know their proper name) 2 of them were squished beyond recognitio. I phoned and told them and within 7 days another set of 6 turned up with a bag of summer bulbs (100) of them

        Colocasia / Alocasia perhaps? (They grow from tubers, so I guess a bulb company might sell them?)

        I buy Eddoes from the local Asian supermarket ... they grow into Colocasia, albeit not the fancy varieties, and cost only 30p each. A variety of other "interesting" tubers in Asian Supermarkets that can be grown into nice ornamentals ...

          Nope - they were not from tubers and the leaves were more elephant ear shape. They like the shade and damp and have flowers that grow on a spike.

              Bergenia sounds reasonable Can't see that Spalding sell that though ...

                      Pls search with 'Chama Dumpa', n get loads of recipies for crisps, fry and stews.. may need to adjust the ingradients to you taste...

                      I never tried this root as I rarely shop at Asian supermarket, but here you go one with sub titles:

                        seems they just selling the 10 fruit plants for 4.99 i.e p&p not sure it is really worth trying. it is so hard to not add up any to the list.

                          This morning I tried the Sprading bulb website again and found free climbing rose plants mix with order, hmm when I tried to click on the link from this post..rose plants offer disappeared , something... some thing...


                          now I want rose plants or fruit plants????? how to get the rose plants offer visible again, ( may be I am okay to put two different orders ..) VCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC

                              He he, got it ..

                              the code for fruit trees is J1, and for roses J2, 10% off if you dont want any freebies though i dont have this code

                              ended with 32 £ spent on 2 orders , can some one post what fruit trees recieved in case of immediate delivery?

                              dont want to get too many strawb's as I have ordered allready.
