    hiya all i have just brought this coop

    what do you think about it and how many chickens do you think i can have in it ?.
    All My Spare Time Is Spent On The Plot .. Gardening Is What I Love To Do..

    We have exactly the same one with 4 bantams. You sould be ok with 4 chickens or upto 6 Bantams in it at max, though the run isn't very big, so they need to be able to run free regularly.
    What do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
    Pumpkin pi.

          Yep, the perch inside the coop is ideally suited to 3 chicken. I have posted elsewhere that the nestbox needs extra support, trust me it will sag

            Which BB (above) provided me with loads of good advice. Same coop. 4 chickens. Had to move the coop every 3 or 4 days or so or the grass would get ruined. They now run free!

                Please make sure the floor nest box is really secure. My niece didn't and the fox managed to move the bottom of the nest box and get in that way.
