  • apple peelers which one for large apples

ofcourse I have a hand apple peeler but when there is a lot to do its a bit tedious,
I borrowed a turn the handle job but it was too small for large bramleys , any suggestions
has anyone tried an electric potato peeler

Have you tried this way? It's very quick!

seen it done it but doesn't work for me , need to find a three pronged spindle cos the drill bit slips or maybe I have the wrong type of apples, thinking about it he seems to counter balance the apple with the table against the peeler, may be Im doing it wrong

You have to use one of those bits that drill a big hole, like for bluetit boxes...

A friend was going to bring one of those around but he forgot , but I have found an alloy ground spike
with four ribs and a round bit to fit in the drill any way it does work now, filled the 9 trays in the dehydrator, takes some getting used to but it makes a good job just tidy some up at the end
