    Denton Dene Allotments, Newcastle upon Tyne, plots soon to become available!

    Probably 8 plots available on our 38 plot site from 4th April at Denton Dene Allotments, Newcastle upon Tyne.

    Plot rents are £45 per year with water included.Chickens are allowed but no more than 1/4 plot to be used

    PM me your details (Name , address and phone number) and I will add you to the waiting list with a high chance of securing a plot depending on numbers.

        I had a gawk through the gates (I was getting haggis and chips from Gormans so happened to be next door).

        Looks a nice site from the bit I could see.

            1) I've already put my name on the list when I first saw the original post

                          Eight, which means I will get three replies! and reckon eight plots becoming available. We have a plot available now Jay-ell which was going to be our community plot but hopefully after the AGM we'll have a slight change of plan and use another area.
                          Unfortunately once I get the AGM mandate I'll have to go through the waiting list from the beginning to get someone on it straight away.
                          Main gate keys are also our problem as we have none until someone hands theirs in!

                            I shall be on tenter hooks for the next month.

                            In the meantime I shall practice pole vaulting with a wheelbarrow strapped to my back.
