  • Hyacinths and Daffodils problem

Ok just seen a post about bulbs and remebered my hyacinths and daffs in the shed. Quick questions. Is it far to late to plant them and second i seen the hyacinths have got a damp fungus mold call what you like lol on them. Will they be no good and should i just chuck them. X

I wouldn't worry too much about a bit of surface mould as long as the bulbs themselves are firm. If they are soft then they aren't worth planting. Any firm ones can be planted, they will do better in the ground than in the shed! They may flower late or possibly not at all but will sort themselves out by next year.
