  • Sprouts, yet again

I can grow most things successfully, but I have tried and tried, but still struggle to grow good sprout plants. On the telly, I think it was on Country File that there where fields full of really good sprout plants. What seed do these farmers use, I NEED SOME

Like all Brassicas, I think the main thing is to make sure they are really firmed in after planting. Also they prefer cool soil so bear it in mind during the Summer months.

Thanks for your reply, firm I have done, really firm. But thinking about the other part of your reply, cool soil, in a field there are that many of them that they will keep the soil out of the sun. Thanks I my try a thick mulch this year as well as firming them in, staking them and talking to them
