Noo's! You need to disclose your recipe for the "Apple n Green Tomato chutney" you awarded me!

Just chilling my beans making a curry! n thought, Mmmm! I like em a little spicy, but fruity too!

My old dear used to make a mean one! But couldn't find the recipe!

    So off I set!

Browned off the onions n Garlic

    Stuck in the "Chicken"

    Added the herbs n sauces!

Then thought! Noo's chutney! .........Here! It's to die for!

Oh! n I'll be more than happy to drop your sealable jar back off! Just give me the nod!

n it's to marinade overnight yet! Honest! It's awesome!

Deano!! What a nice surprise to log on and find such lashings of praise for my chutney! SOOOO glad you like it.

The recipe is a Delia Smith one. Someone on my allotments makes tons of it every year and totally swears by it. It's easy to make! And is at: http://www.auldfarminn.ca/Green%20Tomato%20Chutney.pdf

Your curry looks really delish, btw. Did you put the chutney in it or eat it alongside?

Believe it or not, I haven't tasted the chutney mesen yet, as the recipe said not to for about a month. Also, we had some plum chutney to use up first. So you are the first guinea pig!!

Thanks again for the wonderful praise!!
