I'll start off by saying RIP to Kenny Ireland who died a couple of weeks ago.
I've just been watching Benidorm on TV and saying to my other half that Kenny Ireland had died in real life. Tonight's episode showed Kenny's character discussing the storm that was happening outside, one of the other characters said he'd be dead unlucky for anything bad to happen, Kenny Ireland then said that for all anyone knew he could only have 3 months to live anyway to which someone else replies that he could die next week.
A few scenes after that they're discussing karaoke and Kenny's on screen wife mentions someone having cancer and the drugs don't work by the verve. According to the news Kenny only found out that he had cancer in June so these scenes would have been filmed well before he was diagnosed.
I've always been a believer in being careful what you say in case it comes true and in this case it seems a bit of a curse that he had that conversation.
Did anyone else see it? I was quite surprised that ITV aired it.
