Grass clippers are what I'm used to calling them. I've seen them referred to as grass shears. I'm looking for a good pair to replace the cheap pair I received as a gift decades ago. They work but ???

Though they might not be in your price range, the Gardena grass shears are nothing to sneeze at (good review here)
If you're still looking specifically for a pair of manual clippers, then Fiskars is probably your best bet, but I still wouldn't rule out the electric shears.Comment
