  • Sage - Downey Mildew?

    Hullo everyone!

Just wondered if anyone could tell me, is this downey mildew on my sage? Should I try and treat it or should I just get rid of the plant? I can't seem to grow basil at all in my garden either because of downey mildew so suspect it's probably on the sage too.

    Thanks!

I get this damn stuff on a lot of plants, courgettes, cucumbers, peas the lot, its horrible and devastating. I have tried skim milk solutions and also baking soda, all to not avail. This year I am physically washing it off the courgette leaves which seems to be better than anything. I think the only real answer is not to grow plants that it effects or get resistant varieties. (I bought resistant peas and they got it anyway) lol.
