I built my career from a single forum, they are great tools lol. Apart from the few YouTube videos I have watched I am a complete new bee lol. Also looking for my first plot so if anybody knows or has one to rent in the bilston/closely area would be much appreciated thanks

Greetings mr tiler. I'm not too far from you. Do you have any garden space?
Our England is a garden, and such gardens are not made
By singing-'Oh how beautiful!" and sitting in the shade,
While better men than we go out and start their working lives

No mate tbh my garden is a patio lol. If I had the area out the back I'd use that to grow. Unfortunately its not an option at all cheers mate

Hello Ash and welcome. You can grow lots of veggies in containers on a patio - don't write it off as a no-grow area

I did consider trying this, but the back gets barely any sun, any suggestions on anything I could grow in that sort of condition? Bare in mind I'm a complete newbee lol. Will be reading over the forum for the next few weeks so will be talking the talk in no time lol cheers

                          Hello and welcome Ash.

You could try lettuce or salad leaves on your patio - they don't mind a bit of shade
