  • high hedges and asbo's

This may make me a cat amongst the pigeons but, meooow....

    giggles...

I am reading a book on law and a reference sent me to look on line at the section on hedges, which are shrubs in a row, and in law it seems unlike trees, shrubs are covered under section 8 high hedges, of the anti social behaviour act.

Next time the neighbours get argumentative, about trimming down the leylandii point this out!

I have not read it all, but it would be quicker to trim the privet me thinks!

Leylandii hedges are awful, ugly, antisocial things.mid liked to give my parents neighbour an asbo for their hedge, the selfish gits.

that's the thing, they are covered by the anti social behaviour order act, as seen in the link!

And if the hedge breaks the height limit the offending owners can be made to drop the height of the hedge, or have an asbo.I do not think many people know this information...
