  • The best netted cages

I have a wonderful poly-tunnel 5mt x 5 mt but I would like to grow a few more crops under netting winter and summer. I have plenty of land here in Brittany so space is not a problem.

I have seen the wonderwall which look good, just waiting to see if they deliver to France as some things a re lot more expensive here, apart from the wine of course.

We are exposed to the wind a little, but I can find a slightly sheltered section, so can anyone recommend a good supplier. I could make my own like the poly-tunnel (check out the video) but I need something that is more mobile if needed.

      Hi Bren

Thanks for the link, looks like Wonderwall in a good product and direct from supplier so well priced. Unfortunately too expensive to ship to France, so I have asked for just the netting as it will be cut to shape and I could make a structure from blue water pipes.

Many fruit cages are just not up to the job, so I want some thing to last for a while for salad crops in later winter early spring and summer tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc in grow bags of for a later summer crop. Blight and the weather always devastates any outdoor toms and I hope in the summer there would be enough light through the net for a tomato crop.

I really would like a large structure or it's a waste of time, maybe I will join two together. My 5mt x 5mt poly-tunnel is just the job fro my indoor crop but I want bigger.
