  • Deer identification, please.

Eldest daughter found these this morning. I've tried looking at identification pages and can't work out what they are. Any experts there who can help, please?

They look like the roes we get around here. Lovely pictures, too. A pest I'm happy to see.

Apparently they may not look spotty all year.

Thanks people. I think the pictures are really nice, too PP, although daughter didn't think they were up to much! She'll be pleased with the identification. She found a Fallow deer in the autumn which was clearly spotty!

Hate to upset anyone but they do eat nice. Roe liver with eggs for breakfast it very hard to beat.
