  • Anyone bought trees from Goodlife.com?

I placed an order for three plum trees three weeks ago from leadthegoodlife.com which are taking longer to deliver than the 7-14 days quoted on the website.

I have contacted the company who say they will investigate the delay and get back to me; no response as yet though.

Has anyone bought from them and had any issues?

Also, they no longer advertise Victoria, which was one of the trees ordered. Just curious to know what is going on.

Is that Leadthegoodllife.com? If so its the new name for Gardenbargains. There are plenty of comments on the Vine about that company

I've bought from them before, never, ever again, regardless of cost.

Oooh don't they are part of the Ideal Shopping Direct Group :/ Had 2 bad experiences with them, one being a mattress where they couldn't say when it was going to be delivered and it would be left outside :L and another with there pine berry's which they apparently sent out 3 times but I never got! The only thing I ever received was 2 apple trees and they were alright but don't expect anything in the first year good prices but not soo good service I think :/

One time the item wasn't delivered in window given, after chasing up twice, it was delivered, 3 weeks late. It was terrible quality.

2nd time, it arrived within "time" but that time window was so long, it was impossible to miss. Again was terrible quality.

Wish I'd seen this thread earlier. I've ordered a couple of trees from these earlier last month, seemed quite a bargain as they were on offer so taken a chance, it's a bit late in the season for bare root. Well nearly 4 weeks later and still no trees, really late in the season for bare rooted trees!

I've sent countless e-mails and have had nothing in reply. I've tried phoning and get put in a queue and after 15 minutes of being told sorry all our operators are busy, we'll answer you call as soon as one is available it then tells me they are having technical problems...please ring back again later!

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have a feeling I won't be getting my trees that I ordered (not even listed on the site anymore) and it could take a while to get my money back.

Sorry you've had the run around with your trees! I've never ordered from than company but have used Buy trees, fruit trees, shrubs and gifts from Mail Order Trees online several times.. Fantastic company and competitively proced. Maybe see if you can cancel your order?

I've bought probably around 10 trees from them for myself & family.... All the but the cherry trees have been fine. Cherries just haven't grown. Not massive croppers yet but getting fruit.
