today i manage to dig a little bit considered that i spent almost 3 hrs to build up the new shed and make a base with slab so doesn't stay on soil and get roten faster..
now that my the potato are chitted in my politunnel in a shootgun box ( just for extras potrection) and i bought some onion i need some advice how to plant them... i did in the past but in pots and that was so easy just put them in pot with compost... now in the plot what should i do? i know you can use manure back in autumn or your own compost but considered that i just started the allotmen i don't have any compost so what you can advice? i read some older post and someone advice to use john innes compost instead of MPC. i have some chicken pallet manure but i think is ok as general fertilizer but it will not add much organic stuff...any help?
