Yes it could be, the pictures are a bit small. Are the leaves rough and hairy? If so I would say it is.Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration. Lou Erickson, critic and poet -

Not certain, but I don't think it is, the veins look too pronounced.

Try making a small amount of comfrey brew, if it stinks worse than a cess pit, it probably is comfreyComment

looks like comfrey to me Dotty. If you chop up a fresh leaf, it should smell a bit like cucumber, in the same way that borage does.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
