    Hi All

When moving chillis to a larger pot do I plant them up to the leaves or just below the roots

    Many thanks

Unless they're leggy seedlings, then to the same level.

You can bury the seed leaves if it's leggy, and has additional leaves (which it should do, if you're potting on and not pricking out ).

When pricking out I bury everything (possibly with the exception of Cucumbers - although I have done those too) up to their seed leaves. Makes for a more stocky plant I think, and seedlings don't seem to mind - but beyond that stage many plants object to having their stems buried (some notable exceptions, like Tomatoes)
