we lifted our charlotte tatties from the big tubs yesterday and, even with the long cold spring where there was no growth,we did all right, i thought that we would be lucky to got a reasonable crop but its not too bad, about on par with last year and a fair amount of them were a good size,i hope the maincrop tatties do as well,we got some rain the weekend but seemed to have missed the heavy downpours..

Good for you, I also seem to do okay with Charlotte spuds. I've harvested and eaten a few already and they didn't go in until early May. Averaging 9-10 per seed spud so far.
Tried and Tested...but the results are inconclusive

Charlottes for dinner tonight Not a bad yield considering my light sandy soil and the atrocious weather this year.
