  • Vegetable Spaghetti

    I have grown some vegetable Spaghetti with seeds I got in USA. I have no idea how to cook it though. Does anyone know before I resort to Google

    Hi there.
    I like to halve it then steam it, pull out shreds with a fork when soft and toss with a dressing. I like soy, lime, sugar and chillies. Nice with grilled veg or meat.
    It's bland so needs spices!

        No, just cut in half lengthways and then scrape out the threads when it is cooked.

          I just prick it all over with a fork / knife then roast in the oven for about an hour. Cut open and scoop out the middle. Usually then mix with a tomato sauce as you would with pasta and enjoy. Really good.

          Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

            Interested in this too, as I am growing spaghetti squash for the first time this year..
            I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
