Harvested a nice half trug full of broadies this morning, and found some had black lumpy bits on the pods. The plants look healthy enough, and the beans inside are unaffected, but I was just wondering what might be causing it. Any ideas?

Thanks for the input, but I'm not convinced that's what it is, because the leaves are fine. I've had chocolate spot in previous years, and this is different: slightly depressable raised black lumps only affecting the pods. As I said in the previous post, the plants themselves seem healthy.
Any other guesses?
Just read your link. Perhaps it's this?
"Another fungal pathogen, Didymella fabae (syn. Ascochyta fabae), causes spots on leaves and pods, but is usually less damaging than chocolate spot."
Perhaps that's why it's not causing any problems. There's still nothing wrong with the leaves though...
