  • Sour crop

I have a hen with sour crop, I have emptied it twice by tipping her up.

She's on natural yogurt and baytril (not sure if that help but I some left over)

My question is do I keep emptying it or let the yogurt sort her out.

She's not really eating just a few mealworms

    Thanks

You will probably need to repeat this over three days until the crop stops filling and the bacteria in the crop returns to normal. In the event the problem persists for more than a week seek a vet’s advice as a course of anti-fungal medicine may be required.

Taken from the advice on the link I posted.
