  • My bargain of the year, so far!

So , mooching about the garden centre near me,a certain 'group' you all know, and found an absolute bargain of a potting table. Reduced from £155 to £50. I had £30 birthday vouchers so just cost me £20!!!
Given it a quick wood coating and looks very nice at the back of the greenhouse.Just what I was looking for.

I love it, I don't have anything quite as fancy as that. I built my potting bench out of 2 x 1
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Ha ha, I am smirking , just a bit. I like that I can see it from my kitchen window. I have to say it isn't made if very sturdy wood, there's no weight in it but it will be well used and serve a purpose.
I don't think it's worth the original price tag.

Hope to be out there later christening it!!

                    Great bargain,

I went to the garden centre yesterday and got a big sack of compost for £2.50 instead of £4.99 because the bag had a small tear in it....Not a huge bargain but still cheaper

Great bargain, Dave. I hate paying loads for soil. What does a little hole matter.

Ooh love it and what a bargain LG. I'm saving up for a decent potting bench, but it has to live outside so will need to be very sturdy. I've got a recycled wooden chest of drawers with the drawers taken out IYKWIM and I think it may collapse this season. I've also got a special birthday coming up (don't tell anyone) so I'm hoping I can buy one in June.
