  • Very Good Forum

I have been a members now for just over 12 months and have to say what a brillant place this is, no criticism, sarcasm just decent folk giving honest answers.Even when the same question has been asked may be a few times before,Its been answered politely.Could not recommend this site enough.I was on one (you all proberly know it) for a few years if the same question was asked you would get the responce look it up in the search box or do a search on it its been asked before, and just of late there has creeped in a lot of sarcastic comments one of them is a mod when you complain to the mods there like doctors/solicitors they all stick together if any of the above are reading sorry but you know what i mean.Any way on a happier note HAPPY NEW YEAR and all the Best for the forth comming growing season
come on in take a seat time for tea

Veg Man, yes, you're right. This is a great site. I've been a member since March 2006 and have never come across anyone being impatient or abusive. You can ask the same question as many times and someone will always take the time to answer.
I hope you're stay on here will be as happy as mine has been.
Happy new year and here's hoping for a good growing season.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

They are generally a very good lot on here! Just a few blips along the way as you would expect with a diverse community - but mods step in when emotions get a little 'heated'! Would advise all who look in to ask ALL and ANY question as I was always told by a former manager (in business) the only 'stupid' question is the one you don't ask.....in other words you may feel a bit of a twit by asking - but if you don't, the answer will always elude you and you'll kick yourself for all the wasted time trying to chase an answer you never asked the question of - and some kind person here will always be kind enough to accommodate. Let's face it - we've all been in that black hole of ignorance ONCE (maybe more?) during our lifetimes and how grateful have we been for the 'golden' answer?

Yes its a great site and long may it last......am a member of other sites where more serious issues discussed - but for cultivation this site is ace!

            Answer: all of the above

Yes, I keep asking questions, sometimes I've even seen the answer previously, before I needed it, but do you think I can find that thread? Never in a million years.
So thanks, to those who rescue me and send me the link Tis much appreciated.

Yep, top notch forum veg man, as has been mentioned we have good mods regulating it. I use the search depending on what mood I am in. If I just want time to myself I will read previous threads on a particular subject. If it's interaction I fancy then I just start a thread or ask away.......as you may have noticed on occasions........

I like the way that everyone sticks to the subject of the original question - nobody goes off at a tangent - BTW, does anyone know when Seville oranges will be in the shops?

Same as every other year VC,when they have sold all the Navel's would have thought that you in particular would have noticed the pattern that has emerged over time
