    its official my wife is amazing

    Ok so many of you know i have had an operation on both of my legs and the progress on my allotment came to a stop i did manage to clear most of the brambles and nettles along with everything else was in there before i said hello to the knife!

    i covered what i could up just before i had my op and as my allotment is on a slop/hill i have been up there once last week and nearly killed me so........

    my wonderful wife went up there today and turned 2 beds and took pictures i would have done it myself but im just not quite ready yet

    i must say she has done a wonderful job and i will add some pictures once i download them

    What a nice thing to say. Hope you are recovering well. We have had three ops here, over three years, slap bang in the middle of the season between us both.
    I hope you recover well and quickly. But the lotty can be recovered. Your legs, if not looked after, cannot

      its funny as she has no interest in growing or gardening but she knows how much i want to grow next year! she also knows that im stupid that i would do it myself with the chance of hurting myself

            Your Wife sounds as potty as my Hubby! He doesn't 'do' gardening or Horses, but when I was incapacitated he just got on with it, with no complaints at all. Teamwork, that's what it's all about!

            Hope you're on the mend, and that your Wife is getting a good relaxing soak in the bath and an evening of putting her feet up.

                    Maybe Mrs Darcy's interest in gardening is blooming due to the love she has from and for her husband......

                              Well think she might be getting into this we did the school run and did a little shopping she's off back to the allotment to dig over what she can I'm well impressed and super proud but.......

                              While she's digging I'm going to make a Victoria sponge for her return think that's the least I owe her a slice of cake and a cup of tea
