Love to, but I'm stuck on the sofa with my lime green phlegm

[not that I'm moaning or anything....]

Poor Taff, you do have a way with words Hope you're better soon.
Sun shining in Carmarthenhire, blue sky, white fluffy clouds, a gentle breeze - it could be summer

Bright and sunny here in Essexland, too. Very wet under-foot after last night's monsoon, and not as warm as summer, but I'm not complaining.

30 degrees today. Hiding from the sun.

Monday/Tuesday I planted out loads of shrubs and a hedge as it was going to rain and be cooler. Yeah, OK. Watering twice a day. Shrubs planted on steep bank. Grumble, grumble.

Actually, it is lovely and won't last much longer.

And no hint of lime green phlegm in these parts.

Beautifully sunny here but only 13 degrees - wind's from the north. Had a furtle about and found a perfect parsnip under the squash leaves - the only one that's grown, hence why I stuck the squash in the "parsnip" patch!

Was 16C here, now clouding over and cooling.

It has been gorgeous, truly beautiful. Clear blue skies, dramatic Autumn colours in the garden.......lovely. And everyone's happy and smiling in the sun. Soul restoring....

Bright here so I took my cold outside and moved the last of my compost today. Glad I did. I'm a bit tired but I suspect I'd have been tired if I'd have stayed in anyway.
