i popped into wilko's today and noticed the half marked price sticker on their seeds, But TBH i didn't get any as a couple of months back i got a load of sutton seeds (i think they were suttons?) from them at 75% off. Wilko's will probably be reducing theirs further next month as the xmas lines will be arriving shortly!

Wilkinsons tends to be my first port of call for seeds these days. They have a good range and there is always a three for two offer come Spring.

i bought hot patio sizzle chillies last year in the sale they come out trumps for me this year

I am waiting for my Wayvale garden centre to put all the seeds at 50p a packet (which ever company or type), this little miracle happen around the 1st of September and always stock on expensive cues F1 etc' as everything must go.

Went into our local Blooms/Woyvale store (St Mellons for the locals) and they were bringing out 50p seeds by the trugful. Apparently they have loads to sell

Mostly T&M and Suttons - especially the latter's "Square Metre" and "Window Box" Gardening ranges. Ideal if you don't have much space.
I picked up a couple of leaflets about these ranges and the Square Metre leaflet has a plan inside for Square Foot gardening

Tells you how many plants per square.
What did I buy? In a bit of a rush so didn't have time to have a thorough rummage but bought Green Windsor broad beans and Strawberries Florian and Sarian because I keep reading about them on here!

Just had my gardening club vouchers through the post today.....a massive 1.50.

So what should I do at lunchtime tomorrow - thats right I'll go and buy more seeds that I don't need!

I spent my �1 vouchers - expiry 30th August on seeds. Any excuse!! Bought half price telescopic loppers too and stalked a lost child around the store while the mother was tracked down!!
